توضّح هذه الصفحة كيف يتعامل تطبيق «لايف شوب» وموقع liveshop.ly مع بياناتك. باستخدامك للتطبيق أو الموقع فأنت توافق على ما ورد هنا.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الطلب: عند إتمام طلب نجمع الاسم ورقم الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل والبريد الإلكتروني (إن وُجد) وتفاصيل المنتجات المطلوبة، وذلك لتجهيز الطلب وتوصيله والتواصل معك بخصوصه.
- سلة التسوق: يحفظ التطبيق محتوى سلتك على هاتفك فقط، ولا يُرسل إلينا إلا عند إتمام الطلب.
- المفضلة: المنتجات التي تضيفها للمفضلة تُحفظ على هاتفك فقط.
- التذكير بالبث: إذا طلبت تذكيرًا بموعد البث، يُجدول التذكير على هاتفك فقط. لا نجمع أي معرّف إشعارات.
- التواصل: إذا راسلتنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني، نحتفظ بالمحادثة للرد عليك.
لا يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى الموقع الجغرافي أو الكاميرا أو جهات الاتصال، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة.
خدمات أطراف أخرى
- الدفع: عند الدفع الإلكتروني تُعالَج بيانات الدفع لدى مزوّد خدمة الدفع مباشرة، ولا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك.
- الفيديو: يُعرض البث والحلقات من يوتيوب أو فيسبوك، وقد تجمع هذه المنصات بيانات استخدام وفق سياساتها الخاصة.
- واتساب: زر «اسأل وصال» يفتح تطبيق واتساب، ويخضع استخدامه لسياسة واتساب.
حماية البيانات والاحتفاظ بها
نحتفظ ببيانات الطلبات للمدة اللازمة لتنفيذها ولأغراض المحاسبة والضمان، ونستخدم اتصالًا مشفّرًا (HTTPS) بين التطبيق والموقع.
حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها في أي وقت بالتواصل معنا. يمكنك أيضًا حذف التطبيق لمسح السلة المحفوظة على هاتفك.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه للبالغين، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.

This page explains how the Live Shop app and the website liveshop.ly handle your data. By using the app or the website you agree to this policy.
Data we collect
- Order details: when you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, email (if given) and the products ordered, to prepare and deliver the order and contact you about it.
- Shopping cart: the app keeps your cart on your phone only. It is sent to us only when you check out.
- Favourites: products you save as favourites are kept on your phone only.
- Show reminders: if you ask for a reminder, it is scheduled on your phone only. We do not collect any notification identifier.
- Messages: if you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the conversation in order to reply.
The app does not request access to your location, camera or contacts, and we do not sell your data.
Third-party services
- Payments: online payments are processed directly by the payment provider. We do not store your card details.
- Video: live shows and episodes are played from YouTube or Facebook, which may collect usage data under their own policies.
- WhatsApp: the “Ask Wesal” button opens WhatsApp, which is covered by WhatsApp’s own policy.
Security and retention
We keep order data for as long as needed to fulfil the order and for accounting and warranty purposes. The app talks to the website over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us. Deleting the app also removes the cart saved on your phone.
Children
The app is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data.
